Indiana RADPAC

Dear Colleague:

The purpose of this letter is to encourage your support of the Indiana RAD-PAC, the Indiana Radiological Society’s political action committee.  Indiana RAD-PAC is a vital part of the legislative efforts of the Indiana Radiological Society because Indiana RAD-PAC contributes to the campaigns of candidates who are supportive of radiology.  To ensure the effectiveness of Indiana RAD-PAC, it is essential that all members of the IRS contribute to the fund.  Your contribution will help to elect and re-elect state legislators who share our goal of quality healthcare in Indiana.

Please note that Indiana RAD-PAC can only contribute to state campaigns.  The National RAD-PAC contributes to candidates for Congress.  These are two different and separate political action committees with two different purposes.  As the Indiana chairman for our National RAD-PAC, I also encourage you to contribute nationally.  Of the nearly 600 IRS members, only 68 contribute to the state RAD-PAC and only 96 contribute to the national RAD-PAC.  Please contact Ted Burnes (1-888-295-8843) at the ACR to verify that you have contributed to the national RAD-PAC.  We can do better!
