IRS Spring 2024 Meeting

We hope you will be able to join us at the Spring Meeting of the Indiana Radiological Society. Registration is now open.
Our speaker will be Dr. William Herrington. Dr. William Herrington, MD, FACR is currently serving as the president of the ACR. Prior to that he was a private practice radiologist in Athens, Georgia, retired from active practice June of 2023. He is the immediate past Chair of the Commission on Membership and Communications, serving on the Board of Chancellors for six years. Prior to that he was Speaker of the ACR Council, Vice Speaker of the ACR Council and member of the Council Steering Committee. He has served in all leadership positions in the Georgia Radiology Society. He has also served for seven years in the military, including his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. His military service included a year as a Marine Battalion Surgeon in the jungles of Panama, desert at Twenty Nine Palms, cold weather survival in Ripley, Minnesota and the Arctic Circle in Norway.
